At Irvine's Just Beyond Paradise, we're writing a new definition of what Kansas wine can be, crafting everything from Kansas-grown grape wines to innovative fruit wines and meads. Our 40-acre farm in the deep, fertile soils of the Kaw River Valley provides the perfect terroir for varieties like Norton, Chambourcin, and Traminette. What started with four unique wines has evolved into an adventurous exploration of Kansas agriculture, where every bottle tells a story of local harvests and creative fermentation.
We grow tomatoes, grapes, pears. We have wine for purchase at our farm produced and bottled on the farm. Our wine is 100 percent Kansas.
We will have guided tours of our winery and the processes that go into making award winning wines and mead.
