Get up close with grape vines and learn what it takes to grow them in our area. Then, head on to the winery and learn the details of how grapes are converted to wine. Complimentary wine tastings available (for 21+only) and bottles of wine available for purchase.
Trivedi Wine is a small local winery in Kansas that grows half acre of Chardonel grapes and half an acre of cider apples. We are striving to convert the land that was once planted to GMO corn and soybean to a more sustainable farming model of perennial fruit trees.
Visitors will be able to learn about the joys and challenges of grape growing in our area as well as the process of wine-making that converts an agricultural product to a value-added product (wine). Visitors will be able to taste wines made from local grapes and purchase bottles of wine to take home or enjoy a glass of wine on site.
During the Kaw Valley Farm Tour guests will enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and the wine production facility.
