Nestled on our 100-acre Kansas Vineyard estate, Z&M Twisted Vines is more than just a winery—it’s an experience. As first-generation farmers and veteran-owned operators, we are passionate about growing specialty crops and crafting exceptional Kansas wines that showcase the unique terroir of the Kaw Valley AVA.
Our vineyard is home to over 12 varietals of red and white grapes, producing handcrafted wines and hard ciders that highlight the distinct flavors of Kansas, setting them apart from traditional wines. We love educating visitors about our process, from vine to glass, making wine tastings an essential part of the experience.
Beyond wine, we also handcraft eight varieties of hard cider, offering another way to sip and savor the flavors of our farm. Guests can enjoy the vineyard views while sampling not just our wines and ciders, but also our farm-to-table menu, featuring hot-pressed paninis and shareable appetizers.
Our sustainable farming practices include raising Southdown Babydoll sheep, who naturally tend to our vineyard, and free-range chickens, providing fresh farm eggs.
At Z&M Twisted Vines, we believe in full-circle farming, repurposing our winemaking byproducts into Bella Vino, a line of artisanal soaps, body scrubs, and lip balms, as well as Farm Wine Jelly, made from the rich flavors of our wines. Visitors can explore a free sampling area for our wine jellies and handmade soaps, adding a unique touch to their tasting experience.
