We are a highly diversified family farm just outside of Leavenworth, Kansas. Jacob and Jennifer Thomas took over the family farm in 2015 and now grow over 15 acres of vegetables in addition to raising numerous types of livestock. Visitors of our farm can see a real working farm in action and interact with cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl every day. Our goal to show people where food comes from and how animals are raised. We have several events throughout the year with October featuring our pre-picked pumpkin patch filled with over 20+ varieties of pumpkins.
We will have our pre-picked pumpkin patch filled with 20+ varieties of pumpkins. I have a friend who will bring a miniature donkey and cow for kids to pet and interact with.
Special Events:
We will have fresh kettle corn popped all day by our friend Max’s KettleKorn, knife sharpening by Dennis Bixby, corn shelling demos, and with my new position on the volunteer fire department, I am going to try to get a firetruck out as well for “touch a truck”

Pumpkin painting, interactive animal exhibits, corn “sand” box, “touch a tractor” (and other farm equipment).
